I will NEVER ask you to sign a buyers contract with me! If you are already working with a Realtor on the Mendocino Coast PLEASE ask them for further information. I of course will answer any questions about my listings.

I will inform you of many different aspects to the variety of areas on the Mendocino Coast. I.e. Fort Bragg is different from Mendocino Village. Ocean Front properties have different concerns and inspections then city houses.

You will get my years of Real Estate experience. You will also get my personal knowledge of areas, being a third generation local I have knowledge others may not have.

I will personally handle all aspects of your Real Estate deal. I will order & review reports, inspections, and disclosures with you.

I will work with you on getting lender approval. I have vast knowledge on lenders and their particular record of funding. I also work with the lenders to make sure your loan application is completed and approved. I make sure the lender will do what they say they will.

I will work with the appraiser (if we need one) to help make sure that the property will make appraisal.

I will make your purchase as smooth and easy as possible. I will go out of my way to get the deal closed with the terms and price that YOU want.

My goal is for us to have an ongoing relationship. I want you to feel like we are more then business acquaintance after the deal is done. I want and need referrals from people that you know who may be interested in buying or selling Real Estate on the Mendocino Coast. We will see each other again it is a small town and I want us to end up to be friends.
